Breakfast(8am) : oatmeal,oatmeal porridge

Lunch(2pm) : nasi,banyak sayur daun singkong rebus,sambal terasi,tumis bileh asam keueung

Snack (3pm) : 1 buah mangga

Dinner (9pm) : 1 cone eskrim fountain, secuil rotiboy

Total kalori : 1200 cal

Scale (hari ini jam 7am) : 76,2 kg

Padahal kemarin makan banyak kan ya? Tapi kok bisa turun? Hmm metabolisme ini membingungkanku.
